These terms govern your use of hasmarket, the price-tracking service available at hasmarket.app. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
The service
hasmarket monitors the public list prices of products you add from supported online stores and notifies you when a price meets the conditions you set. hasmarket is not a store, does not sell the products it tracks and is not affiliated with any retailer. Store names and logos are the property of their owners and are used only to identify where a price was observed.
Accounts
You need an account to use hasmarket. You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Family sharing seats may only be given to members of your household.
Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through our payment provider and renew automatically at the end of each billing month until cancelled. Prices for each plan are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and is not renewed. Refunds are described in the Refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, on request.
Fair use
Plan limits (number of products, check interval, alert channels) are listed on the pricing page. You may not resell alerts or price data, scrape hasmarket, share one account between unrelated people, or use the service to interfere with any store. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules after contacting you.
Accuracy of price data
Prices are collected from public store pages at the interval of your plan and can differ from what a store shows you because of region, membership, taxes, shipping, stock or timing. A price alert is information, not an offer. Always check the final price at the store before buying. hasmarket is not liable for purchases you make or miss based on an alert.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee that every store is checked at every interval; stores change their pages and can block automated access. We may add or remove supported stores and features. If a store you rely on is removed, you may cancel and request a prorated refund for the remaining days of the month.
Liability, law and contact
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid hasmarket in the 12 months before the claim.
