This policy explains what hasmarket collects, why, and how you can control it. Short version: your email, your watchlist and your payment status. No ads, no data sales. The data controller is Walrus Technology LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What we collect

Account data: email address, password hash or one-time login codes, plan and billing status.

Watchlist data: the product links you add, your target prices, alert settings and the price history we record for those products.

Usage data: log records (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

Support data: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

What we do not collect

We never see your card number; payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. The browser extension only reads the product page you are on when you click Track or open the price panel; it does not record your browsing history or your checkout.

Why we use it

To run the service (check prices, send the alerts you asked for), to bill you, to answer support requests, to keep the service secure and to improve it using aggregate statistics. We send product emails only about your account and alerts; there is no marketing newsletter.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: our payment provider, our hosting and email delivery providers, and the push and Telegram platforms you opt into for alerts. We do not sell personal data and we do not share your watchlist with stores.

Retention

Account and watchlist data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you delete the account. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can export your watchlist (Unlimited plan) and delete your account from the account page at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or object to processing, through the contact form on our Contact page. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

hasmarket uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: your login session and your preferences. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. Every key we store is listed in the Cookie policy.
